Standard Return Policy

Below we've listed a few important policies in regards to returning a product you have purchased online from Jack Storms Wearables:

• You have ten calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only products that have been purchased directly from Jack Storms Wearables may be returned to us. Wearable products purchased from other retailers must be returned in accordance to their respective returns and refund policies. 
• Please ensure that all products you're returning is repackaged with all materials included in the original package.
• All products must be returned in the exact condition they were received. If product was damaged during shipping you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for a refund or replacement.
